If you're just getting started, the dashboard guides you with a
setup checklist
and suggested first moves to get up and running quickly.You'll land on the new dashboard automatically. Existing stores can switch back to the classic view at any time using the toggle in the top bar.
You can now add a
scannable QR code
to your gift card emails. Recipients simply show the QR code at checkout, and your staff scans it to apply the gift card at your Shopify POS — no more typing long codes by hand.How to add it
- Open the email editor for any gift card template.
- In the text toolbar, open the Merge Tagsdropdown and chooseQR code(under theGift cardgroup).
- Prefer Liquid? Insert the variable directly: {{ gift_card.qr_code }}
- A live QR preview renders right inside the editor, so you can see exactly how it will look before sending.
How it works
- A unique QR code is generated for each gift card at send timeand embedded directly in the email.
- It encodes the gift card so it can be scanned at your Shopify POSto apply the card to an order.

What's new:
- Summary cards— Key metrics displayed at the top (gift cards created, value issued, redemptions, order totals)
- Interactive charts— Daily trend charts powered by Polaris Viz with tooltips and date range filtering
- Date range picker— Filter all metrics by Last 7/30/90/365 days or Year to date
- Inline configuration— Edit campaign settings directly from the dashboard via a toggleable side panel
- Campaign-specific run tables— Each campaign type has its own optimized runs table with relevant columns

2025-01-24You can now resume bulk operations that were stopped due to subscription limits, continuing exactly where they left off.
We've added the ability to
resume bulk operations
that were interrupted due to subscription limits!Previously, when a bulk operation hit your subscription limit, you had to start over from the beginning after upgrading or waiting for your limits to reset. Now, you can simply click the
Resume
button to continue processing from exactly where the operation stopped.How it works:
- When an operation stops due to limits, it will show a Limits errorstatus
- A Resumebutton will appear next to the status
- Click Resume after upgrading your plan or when your limits reset
- The operation continues from where it left off - no duplicate processing!
- Each resume creates a separate result file for easy tracking
