dedicated dashboards
for every campaign type!Each dashboard gives you a full overview of your campaign's performance at a glance — no more switching between pages.
What's new:
- Summary cards— Key metrics displayed at the top (gift cards created, value issued, redemptions, order totals)
- Interactive charts— Daily trend charts powered by Polaris Viz with tooltips and date range filtering
- Date range picker— Filter all metrics by Last 7/30/90/365 days or Year to date
- Inline configuration— Edit campaign settings directly from the dashboard via a toggleable side panel
- Campaign-specific run tables— Each campaign type has its own optimized runs table with relevant columns
Dashboards available for:
- Gift Card Rewards— Gift cards created, value issued, redemptions, redeemed value, order totals
- Gift Card Reminders— Reminders sent, remaining balance, redemptions, redeemed value, order totals
- Birthday Gift Cards— Gift cards sent, value issued, redemptions, redeemed value, order totals
- Gift Card Postman— Gift cards created, value issued, redemptions with full run actions (Send now, Update, Cancel)
- Scheduled Store Credit— Store credits issued and value issued
Simply click on any campaign from the campaigns list to access its new dashboard. Statistics are collected daily — historical data is available starting April 4th, 2026.
